All orders are processed Monday to Friday and do not include statutory holidays. Once an order has been processed, we will send a shipping confirmation notification which will include package tracking number and all other details.
Shipping rates are charged based on weight of products and delivery address, these rates are subject to change without prior notice. Sweet City Candy will accept no liability for damaged products due to weather, during the summer we will include extra packaging on orders made by customers as a preventive measure.
All prices, taxes, shipping rates, etc. are listed and calculated in Canadian dollars.
